Return and Refund Policy

Each Endicott & Co. print is made to order. Because our works are produced specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, subjective preference, color perception, scale preference, or how a work appears in a particular interior setting.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@endicottandco.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for review, please include your order number and clear photographs of the item, the packaging, and any visible damage or defect.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days if the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item.

We may request photographs of the item and packaging in order to evaluate the issue. If the issue is approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Damage reported after 14 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

 

Color, Tone, and Archival Variation

Each Endicott & Co. print is carefully prepared from historical source material and reviewed for quality, tone, and presentation. Because our works are restored from archival imagery, subtle variations in grain, contrast, paper tone, texture, fading, and visible age marks may be present. These qualities are part of the character of the original source and its restoration, not defects.

Please note that color, contrast, and overall tone may appear differently from screen to screen. Device settings, monitor calibration, ambient lighting, time of day, and individual visual perception can all affect how artwork appears online. While we make every effort to represent each work accurately, exact color matching between a digital preview and a physical print cannot be guaranteed.

Minor variation between print runs, paper surfaces, and framed or unframed formats may occur. These variations are normal within fine art print production and do not constitute a defect unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the product ordered.

Some works are presented with intentional white borders as part of the artwork layout. These borders are part of the print design and are not separate mats unless otherwise stated.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because Endicott & Co. prints are made to order, all print orders are considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the item ordered.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • subjective color or tone preference
  • differences caused by screen display, lighting, or device calibration
  • scale preference after purchase
  • minor print-run or paper-surface variation
  • archival grain, fading, paper tone, texture, or age marks present in the source material
  • intentional white borders that are part of the print design
  • sale items
  • gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges because each item is made to order.

If you received a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@endicottandco.com so we can review the issue.

 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will notify you once the issue has been reviewed. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
