Each Endicott & Co. print is made to order. Processing and production times may vary by item, format, and vendor. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping timelines include both production time and carrier transit time. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and transit timelines.

If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@endicottandco.com. We will review the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Unless a product is specifically listed as framed, prints are sold unframed. Frame availability varies by collection and size.
